Your Mental Game

It gets dark early.  Fall season is over.  Winter travel practices and high school doesn't start until after the 1st of the year.  How do you get better between now and then?  Simple: YOU WORK ON YOUR MENTAL GAME.

One of my favorite activities to work on Concentration and Focus is the Concentration Grid.  The Concentration Grid has 100 squares with the numbers 00-99 randomly arranged. Your task is cross off the numbers in numerical order for time. Starting with 00,01,02....99.  Print the grid below, time yourself and post your time in the comments section.  If you would like a file with more grids, email me clarin_s@sbcglobal.net
